The Glossary is now much shorter.
While I was at it, I used the index:: pair: construction like this:
.. index::
pair: Entry; Reference
or
.. index::
pair: Entry; Tutorial
or
.. index::
pair: Entry: Glossary
This makes the Index look super. Take a look.
