This may be an issue with the standard .css file.  I didn't do
anything to set up the index: it just happened.

Remember I've only begun to play with sphinx.  Was it only three days
ago that I figured out that conf.py controlled the index?

I think that the essential thing just now is that the Tutorial,
Reference and Glossary now have the proper index:: entries.  That's
the tedious part.  The rest is pretty much play.
