Hmm, I guess that would be more clear, although I think I'd like an option to

when Decoration is always just '@cherrypy.expose' or whatever.

'Decoration @cherrypy.expose' or just '@cherrypy.expose'... no, that's too 
confusing with Leo's predilection for '@', but 'Decoration @cherrypy.expose' 
would be helpful.
