I guess they're not great for full text search, but I expect they'll be 
extracted / displayed intact in most applications, particularly the tag listing 
to appear at the top of http://webpages.charter.net/edreamleo/plugins.html

Perhaps a plugin could be written to help the user edit that part of the 
docstring, it could present all tags used previously (to encourage reuse), and 
the same for fields, and I guess their contents where their contents should be 
formatted a particular way (date in :updated:, etc.).

(extracting :updated: from bzr probably won't work, as plugins are often bumped 
by system wide refactorings)
