This seems like a reasonable start.  Imo, the implementer should
choose whatever tags seem right, and if necessary we can add more.

OTOH, there is nothing magic about tags.  One could just edit
http://webpages.charter.net/edreamleo/plugins.html
to get pretty much the same effect.

In other words, somebody is going to have to do real editing work :-)
