I've started getting a decent outline where I have template and content data
separated. I'm running into a problem when the output files are created with
the @file directive, though. Turns out HTML doesn't like it when the page
title has comments in it, and since the page title was a << title >> node
with the actual title in the content of the node, it ends up being
surrounding by comments in the output file.

Is there a way to create an output file that doesn't have any of the Leo
metadata in it?
