Use the myLeoSettings.leo file, wherever it is, if any myLeoSettings.leo file is given on the command line. In the unlikely event there are more than once myLeoSettings.leo files, the first one wins. 2. Otherwise, look for myLeoSettings in the "standard places" but *not* in the directory containing the first file given on the command line. I think this scheme is simple, intuitive, and flexible.
