Good idea.  There is a good place for it: quickstart.leo.  It's accessible
from the Help menu now. Simplifying it's *impact* on newbies makes a lot of
sense.

Ironically, the simplification would happen in (complex!) @settings in
quickstart.leo itself.  But newbies would not be aware of the irony ;-)
