This is turned into a major project. I'll continue working on it today at least. As part of the process of "letting go" of old verbiage, I have just create LeoReleaseNotes.leo, containing all the old release notes unchanged. This will be a permanent record of each release notes. It will almost never be useful, but it ensures that I won't worry about doing the necessary housecleaning. This file will also be a permanent record of musing that are now a bit embarrassing, or simply outdated. The role of the What's New and History sections continues to evolve. The What's new section is intended to list all *interesting* additions to Leo. The History section will list only the most *significant* additions to Leo. Neither will mention bugs. That's what LeoReleaseNotes.leo is for. In short, I continue to boil down the What's New and History sections so that they are maximally useful with minimal verbiage.
