I'd made .../doc/plugin_catalog.py to automagically generate docs. for
plugins from their docstrings.  Not sure if it's being used, could be
in the Appendices at http://leoeditor.com/leo_toc.html for example.

Anyway, wondering if some automated source analysis could at least list
doc'ed and not doc'ed commands, if not extract docs. from the command
definitions.
