According to documentation, I should be able to load custom settings file
using the -c command line option
<http://leoeditor.com/customizing.html#configuration-directories>. However,
when I add that to my batch file (Win10 shortcut), launching Leo fails. I
don't get enough info from the terminal window before it closes to see what
the problem is. Also, checking the documentation on command line options
<http://leoeditor.com/running.html?highlight=command%20line#leo-s-command-line-options>

I don't see any mention of the -c option. Has it been deprecated? Anyone
else having success using that option?
