The documentation for settings files
<http://leoeditor.com/customizing.html#search-order-for-settings-files>
appears correct, except for mentioning the -c command-line option.  I see
no vestigial support for the -c option anywhere in the LoadManager class,
which is almost surely where it would appear.  Ditto anywhere in
leoConfig.py.

As the documentation says, there is almost too much flexibility in the
present scheme.  I see no reason to support, say, --config-file.  I'll
remove mention of the -c option immediately.
