I don't run from a console, but from a Windows shortcut w/ some options 
pre-defined (eg. the session options). If -c is a Python option, then why 
does the documentation suggest it's a Leo option? Quoting:

In addition, Leo’s -c command-line option can specify any .leo file 
anywhere.

So, how would I get Leo to look in a non-default location for a custom 
settings file on startup?
