Chocolotey has worked well for me, but I don't have extensive experience with it, nor I have tried to install things that are installed in these computers by other means. Scoop provides self contained packages, so it will not mess with the system (which could be an interesting feature for Leo). Just install it seems interesting. Is really nice to see this solutions coming finally to Windows, is not just to have a one line command installation on Linux since more than a decade :-P.(which includes Leo, of course).
