Theming machinery is currently in flux. To change fonts sizes, open @theme Breeze Dark-->Settings for Leo Breeze Dark-->Fonts & text sizes and you can change font sizes for the three panes. I haven't abstracted the "default" font size that applies to a few things yet, but when I do font sizes will be changeable in the same place.
