Many languages have << and >> operators, but few languages have an explicit
<<...>> syntax.

For example, all C-related languages have bit-shift operators, but it's
rare to see these two operators on the same line.

C doesn't much care about line breaks, so it's easy to put these operators
on separate lines if Leo should complain about a missing section.
