I need the "Technic Gear 21 Tooth Axle Centre" (the old yellow one -
and the blue and red smaller ones as well). I can just find "Technic
Gear 21 Tooth" (the even older model) in Leocad. I have found theese
gears for LDraw.

I'm also missing the Maxifigs (I had used the "Maxifig Head with Face
with Freckles Pattern"). I didn't find this one anywhere.
A Maxifig wizard would be nice, but not easy to implement I suppose. I
thought it was difficult to align the arm pieces correctly.

(The piece I implemented my self was a mistake, I wanted the 2 x 2
version of "Plate 2 x 4 with Coupling, Female" and did not realize it
was called "Plate 3 x 2 with Hole" (I did look at Plate 2 x 2 and 2 x
3...).)

I'm also missing "Wheel Centre Spoked Small with Stud". Instead using
"Wheel Centre Spoked Small", together with "~Wheel Axle Metal", is a
bit difficult (and I have to make the axle red).

And I'm missing "Technic Bush 1/2 Old"

I've tried to use other pieces instead of the missing ones, and
changed to the correct ones manually in the generated ldr file. But it
is a bit tiresome to get it right this way.
When doing this, It would have been simpler if the piece numbers where
available in the GUI in some way. Are they?
