Would you finally STOP asking DLLs. This is 4th mail and you keep saying
unable to build
as a DLL. IT IS A BAD IDEA TO BUILD XM, MRM, XT, XAW AS DLLS ON WINDOWS.
WHY A BAD IDEA? READ THE FAQ AT SOURCE.REDHAT.COM/CYGWIN/XFREE AGAIN,
PLEASE.
LesstIf compiles out of the box now under Cygwin.
./configure --with-x --x-includes=/usr/X11R6/include --x-librarires=/usr/X11
R6/lib
that would build you the lesstif libraries under Cygwin.
