It seems that at least in the recent past we mainly had binaries which were 
provided by core team members on the lesstif website. Somehow I was never aware 
of third-party requests to put their packages on our site.
While it's certainly some work to maintain I guess we wouldn't reject to 
distribute them :-)  (hmm, not sure the resources on lesstif.org would be 
sufficient, but I think we could have them for sure on our SF website)
