All,

I know that this reply to this question is old, but I wanted to give some
insight that might shed a little light on the que thing. I am running 3.07
in classic on an emac that is also running 10.4. I had upgraded to the 4.0
release version back some times ago, but I had some issues with QuickDNS and
my internal network and figured just as easy to go back to 3.07. My 3.07
server had crashed although very rarely in the past and old messages that
might have been months old were resent to the lists that they were
originally sent to. I had also determined that a majority of the crashes
were due to the .DS_Store files that OS X littered in the folders that would
be the result of browsing in the classic side of things from and OS X based
computer on the network. Letterrip does not like the .ds_Store files to be
in the lists folders. My solution has been to connect to the computer and
use Sherlock to find invisible files and move them to the trash. I love this
product and realize that the solution is move back up to latest release, but
I wanted to find out if there was a specific resolution to this .DS_Store,
and Que problems in the new releases since the initial 4.0 release. What I
was looking for is if the leterrip server is restarted due to crash, or
plain old shutdown that there is some kind of purge that occurs to clear out
from the que old messages, and letterip to ignore the .DS_Store files.

Thanks ahead for any response,
