You wouldn't happen to have one of those lying around do you? I'd like to see why we can't compress it.

The queue data file only shrinks when its compacted. I believe the threshold for compacting is 5mb. I'll check when I get back home.

On a related note.  It seems like my queue index file grows to over 100MB and 
then LetterRip_Server will no longer launch reporting that there is not enough 
memory available.
