I said that i used the ones of the book. I took them from one of their mirrors what I said too.

I'm sorry, I forgot that the stable book does use 2.6.11. In any case, that's not likely to be the issue, assuming that the headers are in fact correctly installed into /tools/include. It is possible that it's a host system issue. What host distro are you using?

Also, what is the output of "gcc --version"?
