This is the book of LFS, if you follow it completely you will create your
own build.

Now LFS is for learning how linux works. A lot of people have told me that
repeatedly.
I guess in your case it would be easier to remaster an already built distro
to your preferences.

Also note that the link I provided is for the LFS book 6.4, they published
6.5 recently, you might take a look at it.
