 '/me' is common on mailing lists. If that is what you are querying,
read it as "I hope ...".

 If you are wondering why I hope you aren't using LFS-6.7 to build
itself, the answer is that I know you had built 6.7 before, because
you reported grub / kernel problems.  I believe LFS-6.7 is a reliable
build, and therefore I will be very disappointed and embarrassed if
it turns out to have problems building itself.

 Historically, "can it build itself" was an old way of testing LFS
development versions, and I've no worries about people doing it.
