With hindsight, I would've started out by asking you where eaxctly is
the done-at-end-ch.5-backup : but instead I took it as read that that
info/knowledge was established and would be readily-accessible; and so
started out by asking you to take a backup of the then-_current_ state of
/mnt/lfs, so that you didn't clobber e.g. the 'sources' dir and have no
backed-up copy of it. It's a fairly standard idiom: make a backup-snapshot
of a dirtree before you do major work on the original.


But, enough already of that. Good luck with the fresh build.
