OK, I can now see that the warning _was_ repeated at the end of
configure.  My apologies for not spotting that - in my defence, it's
a long log and I'm busy.

But: again you haven't divulged, at least recently, what error you
got in chapter 6 which made you think this was causing the problem.
Nor which host distro you are using.
