Hi,

I installed lftp 2.6.6 on redhat 9. Everything looks fine except the command prompt
inside lftp is totally messed up. What happens is when I connect to certain servers,
every time after I execute a command, my cursor is positioned at the beginning of the
line which overlaps with the defined prompt text. Below is the screen dump of a sample
session:
$ lftp
lftp :~> open my_site
cd ok, cwd=/
> tp [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/
> [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/

After I execute the "open my_site", my cursor is positioned at:
> tp [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/
^ <-- cursor position, I then pressed the ENTER key
> [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/
^ <-- cursor position, I then typed the "quit" command

And as you can see, whatever I type overwrites the prompt text. My prompt defined in
the settings file is:
set cmd:prompt "\\S\\? [EMAIL PROTECTED]:\\w> "

It only happens when I connects to some sites. And the display is okay when I use the
previous versino 2.6.5

Does anyone know what is the problem? Thanks for the help!
