The name is what identifies an object (demuxer, muxer, codec, etc.),
and tends to be much more stable than the long_name, so it should be
preferred.

As for indicating the type that may be a good idea (so we'd have:
rawdec-muxer, libx264-encoder, nut-demuxer, v4l2-indev etc).
