The main idea is being able to cut a file being encoded (e.g. a live
streaming) in bounded chunks that can be then played sequentially together.
Here the first attempt at it, it is missing possibly an option for
rotating the playlist file and something more but the main concept is
there and it is working.
I probably write a small demuxer to validate it properly soon. It might
work as well to validate further playlist support enhancements and make
so it could be used as basis to make an applehttp segmenter and
variation of it.
