Yes, but if i read that condition correctly, you won't ever split on an audio stream. Which means that the segmenter won't segment audio-only files. Also, I think it should warn and/or fail on multiple non-intra video streams. And one thing i forgot to mention -- the format flags should contain AVFMT_NOFILE.
