Yes, but if i read that condition correctly, you won't ever split on an
audio stream. Which means that the segmenter won't segment audio-only
files.

And one thing i forgot to mention -- the format flags should contain
AVFMT_NOFILE. Not sure about global header, that depends on the
underlying muxer.
the problem we have is that to implement it cleanly we should introduce
an init function so the flags can be inherited.
