Hi. I have a color-loss issue, not directly related to Xuggler, but I really hope someone knows an answer to this.
When converting source YUV to MP4, I have a noticeable contrast and saturation loss. This regardless the fact that I'm simply take the YUV and encode it directly to MP4. Here is before and after image illustrating this issue. http://f.imagehost.org/0990/BeforeAfter.jpg You can clearly see that "before" image is more vivid, and the "after" image has bleaker colors. Any idea what part of FFMPEG/Xuggle controls the color, and what might be the correct setting to mitigate it?
