So at the point of 7 fps time difference is 143 milliseconds, and lets say

Thanks for the explanation, it makes sense now.

Just two points:

1) 143 x 7 x 15 is 15015, and not 15375 as in your example?

2) This approach might have problems with network issues. Meaning the the
video source was set on 7, but due to network issues, you got sometimes
delays, 2 frames at once, in contrary to 7 fps.
