I keep my stuff on .ch domain, while i use a Registry in Luxembourg.

If you want to go for a .CH domain, if you go directly on SWITCH you can
use the SwitchGuard service that i strongly suggest:

However, considering that Norway is a NATO member, so the NATO
membership is not a strict-requirements, i would also argue and suggest
to look for Luxembourg as a nice country.

High wellness, almost no debt, financial offshore places along with HQ
of many EU agencies (especially financially related).
