No, I wouldn't. I would never vote for any funding or any laws that are not for specific areas mentioned in the U.S. Constitution. As a matter of fact, even if an amendment made it into the Constitution that violated rights rather than protecting them, and that was ratified questionably like the 16th amendment, I would not vote in favor of it, and would do all I could to eliminate it.
