I wanted to believe them back during the so-called "Reagan Revolution", but that was a failure. I wanted to believe them during the so-called "republican revolution" back in '94. That was nothing but an embarrassment. When the democrats were in power, I was adamantly against them. I was one of the first to call for Clintons impeachment about two weeks after he took office, when he gave $50 billion to Mexico without Congressional (Constitutional) approval. The republicans waited six years to get on that bandwagon. And what did they prosecute for? Clinton's prevaricating about his extramarital sex affairs! Have the republicans EVER cut a single government department? And then you have the republicans contempt for individual rights. And contempt for states rights. PEACE Steven R.
