There are, as of today, 43,100 references to the word "chairlady"
and 1,980,000 to "chairwoman" in Google. I believe that the word has come
into use during the
last few decades. Since it serves several useful purposes, I predict
that the word will be used more in the future. As a libertarian, I support
the freest possible
use of the English language, consistent with logic and good taste.

For life and liberty,
David Macko
