You could consider the creation of a fetus as a contract. If you don't use 
appropriate means for control this could indeed be argued. 
 
 Just as I cant throw somebody off my plane in the middle of a flight if I 
allowed him to be on the plane. The same concept can be used here. By allowing 
youself to get pregnant you have basically made a contract.
 
 Under this theory once the baby is born or can be safely removed you cant do 
anything to it. After it is born it can be given away. Currently removal of the 
fetus can be accomplished at 7 months. With rapid technological advances this 
is decreasing quite rapidly.
 
 anyway this is just a wild idea.
 
 Also natural rights to not mention anything about survival it mentions only 
right of life. And only in a sence of negative liberty.
