The vitally important points to remember are 1. that Steve Kubby, not the fedgov, the governor of California or anyone else, should decide what substances he ingests and what treatments he should receive for his cancer and 2. that neither he nor anyone else should be imprisoned for attempting to make this choice, especially when it could mean the difference between life and death for him. Free Steve Kubby! As for Peter McWilliams, he was a hero and a martyr murdered by the fedgov. We should honor his memory and seek justice for the crime which was committed against him.
