I did read what you wrote, but that does nothing to help your case. 
Marinol does very little to improve his condition let alone serve the
purpose for which he smoked a legitimate medicine like cannabis. 
Marinol has only the THC component of marijuana which is only a small
part of it.

You said he would not die if he didn't "smoke a joint".  Are you a
doctor?  I doubt it.  Even a doctor couldn't make that determination
without a lot of research behind him.  The longer he goes without
smoking his medicine, the worse his condition gets and he could
literally die from not "smoking a joint" as Peter McWilliams did.

Steve Kubby has a different medical condition than Peter McWilliams,
but it's equally deadly to him, and requires the same medicine as Peter.
