If they can clearly seperate the two and spefify the toll will go for that road, that bridge, that gas tax money or any tax money will not be used and that eminet domain will not be used then I would not be against the toll. My county had two ferries not long ago, when they were talking about building a bridge I sugessted they pay for it with tolls but they used tax money instead.
