If they can clearly seperate the two and spefify the toll will go for 
that road, that bridge, that gas tax money or any tax money will not 
be used and that eminet domain will not be used then I would not be 
against the toll. My county  had two ferries not long ago, when they 
were talking about building a bridge I sugessted they pay for it with 
tolls but they used tax money instead. They did build one bridge we 
have using tolls back in the 30s or 40s although they droped the toll 
after they payed the bond off, the toll keepers house was there until 
recently when they tore it down while they are building a new wider
