There is evidence to suggest otherwise.  It is well documented and 
disseminated.  Whether or not it is sufficient to warrant action is another 
question.  I would argue that the current action is not warranted.  But that 
Saddam and those in power in his government were a clear danger is not a very 
debatable point and action should have been taken on a more directed level.
