No. You are wrong. If it is my property on my property or on property that i have the permission of the legitimate owner, then you are an uninvolved 3rd party. You have no say and no right to charge a tax, tariff, or toll. Unless you buy or sell with me, you have no say in the matter. It is not your market. It is not your property. Since you are not involved there is NO trespass against you in any way what so ever. Since you have no rights in this matter you cannot delegate those non-existent rights to any government.
