Either the Right to Property is unconditional or it is conditional.  You are 
saying that it depends upon where the property came from that matters as to how 
much of it i control.  Whether or not I have justly acquired the property is 
the ONLY question that matters.  What I do with it does not concern you unless 
you wish to buy it.

The borders of your land are only relevant where you have title.  It is not 
your lawn we are talking about, it is my lawn and my goods and my market.  You 
are uninvolved in it.  If you come and try to take part of my transaction from 
either my buyer or myself you are a thief and have initiated aggression.
