Some ballots are poorly designed and confusing. Like the "butterfly ballot" (designed by a democrat) which takes careful study to understand. If votes for Browne, Nader and Buchanan were given to Gore as democrats demanded, then he certainly won. Also, it is not uncommon for someone to vote twice for the same candidate by checking the candidate and then in the space where it is ordered to "write in candidate" to write in the same candidate name. Of course, someone that holds a sign reading "Count Are Votes" is probably too stupid to know who they voted for or who was elected! PEACE Steven R.
