And as far the constitution, it is congresses role to decide such 
disscrepancies, not the court. 

In discussions on controversial subjects such as Palestine or Iraq, 
I often here the cliche how would you like it if a military invaded 
your country to 'impose democracy?' To wich I feel compelled to 
chime in, I only wish there was one that could have when the great 
experiement that is America faultered.
