Every credible recount of the Florida votes showed Bush won. To claim the electoral votes were "given" is wishful thinking. The popular vote has always been irrelevant to the Electoral College. If you want the President elected by popular vote, then change the Constitution, but quit whining about Bush not winning the popular vote because it is an irrelevant Red Herring and sounds like sour grapes.
