Eric,

You hadn't thought about such stuff as the nature of real force
and aggression, or the voluntary nature of contractual
agreements?? I supposed I figured you had at least somewhat
thought about it once or twice. Hearing this amazing admission
from you begs at least several questions. Let's start with this
one: Have you thought about it yet/now? If so, what have you
concluded? If not, are you at least planning to think about it at
some point in the future? If so, will you be notifying us of the
date you set for the event, and later informing us of the
outcome?

Regarding your questions about my level of political activism
(how many brochures and yard signs did I deliver):

Hell, I don't know. Honestly Eric, I hadn't really thought about
such technical stuff. Let me plan to think and get back to you
with an answer. Ummmmm; OK; I'm ready now. Yes, I have handed out
brochures and stuck yard signs; lots of the former but not many
of the latter - never knew the exact numbers though.

Seriously. Even though you imply the topic of force and consent
is not useful, I consider it paramount to Libertarianism. It is
the topic of liberty and its definition. How could such a core
Libertarian principle not be useful?

-Mark

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

Hell, I don't know. Sounds like some question straight from a
panel
of the Cato Institute on legal foundations of the Constitution,
or
some stuff subject matter like that.

Honestly Mark, I haven't really thought about such stuff.

More interested in tackling useful topics like GETTING
LIBERTARIANS
ELECTED TO PUBLIC OFFICE!!!!!!!

Here's a question for you. How many candidate brochures were you

able to deliver and how many signs were you able to get up for
libertarian candidates in the 2004 election cycle?

[ ModeratorNote: Eric is discrediting his advocacy by resorting
to ad hominem ('to the man') in what he thinks is a distraction
from Mark's appropriate question about Eric's stance. Mark
busting
Eric is very much ON-topic here. I'm allowing Eric's above ad
hominem (this one time) as a good example of bad forum behavior.
