I say that no INCOME tax is fair and neither is any tax on one of our
rights. But this does not include tariffs because we DO NOT have the
right to bring foreign goods across national borders.

This is absurd.
What you are claiming is that if a GANG declares their property to
be contained within some set of imaginary lines, they may violate
the rights of those individuals within those imaginary lines because
you want to pretend otherwise.
It matters not that 50%+1 choose this policy. It remains that those
individuals PREVENTED from exchanging their life with others is
having their rights violated.
Legitimate Government serves to PROTECT individual rights. You
continue in your desire to suggest that the Government serves to
protect the interests of 50%+1; Mob Rule.
One can use this same illogic to suggest that *any* tax is not a
violation ... of course it would be equally absurd.
Equally nonsensical ... a Gang (Union) proclaim one must use THEIR
people in THIS area defined by these imaginary lines ... 50%+1 of the
appropriate Government proclaim this to be Law. Anyone wishing to
contract with Fred's People within the above defined boundaries would
not have their right violated.
You do not really believe this stuff you assert ... do you?
