It´s not. Speed limits laws exists because high speed driving may
consist a threat to third parties. Sometimes, the own inhabitants of
certain neighboorhood requires the enforcement of these laws. Yes,
there are government abuses related to speed limit laws enforcement,
but, most of times, that´s necessary.

Speed Limits laws doesn´t requires invasive inspections to be
enforced. The only way for americans to stop illegal immigration would
be to built a wall in the border not so different from a mixture of
the Berlin Wall and the Great Wall of China, to built a real police
state and to implement a labor legislation that would make the german
and french ones liberal.
